The Vinson Gallery 25 Year Anniversary Show

Join us during the 2023 Decatur ArtWalk on Friday, May 5th, from 6 to 10pm, for the opening reception of the Vinson Gallery's 25 Year Anniversary Show, a three-day pop up exhibition in Decatur's Old Depot District. The gallery will also be open during the Decatur Arts Festival on Saturday, May 6th: 11am - 5pm and Sunday, May 7th: noon - 4pm.
Vinson Gallery opened on the Old Courthouse Square in 1998, during the Decatur Arts Festival, where it showcased local and internationally recognized artists for the next decade. Co-founder Shawn Vinson went on to then open Different Trains Gallery 1 & 2, as well as The Waddi in Inman Park.
The 25 Year Anniversary Show will feature artists from Vinson's roster, many of whom have been with him since day one.
This event also marks the reboot of Different Trains, which will present quarterly pop-up shows and be open by appointment in-between events.
