"I'm cheating a bit this week as this is a CD release via Womad on Real World, "The Drummers Of Burundi". There are some French Burundi LPs but I'm not sure if any are in print, but I am sure that anything by them will be fantastic. In the early 1980s I was able to divert these drummers to Brixton to open for The Clash - they were incredible! The Brixton Academy held nearly 5,000 people and they didn't use any amplification or PA at all". Play this as loud as you can get away with." - KV
